Micropower Europe is a broad-based grouping of companies and organizations with an interest in the promotion of microgeneration. Officially launched in 2009, Micropower Europe was set up to raise the profile of the EU microgeneration sector and to campaign for improvements in the legislative and regulatory framework to support the growth of this important industry.
Membership is open to all companies and other organizations with an interest in the development of microgeneration.
Micropower Europe’s Secretary General is Dave Sowden, a sustainable energy expert and experienced director in regulatory and public affairs with close to 20 years’ experience in the energy industry and an outstanding track record in obtaining changes in legislation.
